Pastor John Cho discovered his faith at 19 during a transformative encounter with Jesus. Driven by a desire to support the gospel, he embarked on a career in finance, becoming the youngest individual to pass the CPA exam in South Korea in 2009. He swiftly joined KPMG, where he honed his expertise at a young age.

Despite his professional success, Pastor John faced personal struggles with sin and a lack of spiritual identity. His life took a pivotal turn when he embraced the teachings of Word of Faith Publishers, experiencing a profound transformation as a new creation in Christ.

Mentored by esteemed leaders Pastor Jinho Kim and Pastor Soon Ae Choi of Ambassadors for Christ Church, Pastor John returned to academia to establish a campus church. His passionate preaching of the new creation gospel and commitment to disciple-making led him to meet and marry Pastor Paula Kim in 2013.

In 2014, Pastor John answered the call to lead the young adults ministry at Ambassadors for Christ Church in Seoul, serving for four impactful years. Concurrently, he fulfilled his role as an accounting lieutenant for three years. Following his discharge, he felt compelled to move to America in July 2018 to learn from the healing ministry.

Settling in Dallas, Texas, Pastor John received a clear vision from God—to proclaim the message of the New Creation from Dallas to the nations. He embraced this mission by living out and teaching a victorious Christian life in the midst of everyday American settings.

Balancing his professional career with his passion for evangelism, he began hosting gatherings in his home, which later developed into the vision of New Creation Training Center (NCTC). In June 2023, after completing a four-year career as Controller (Hedge Fund Accounting) at APEX Fund Administration, Pastor John transitioned into full-time ministry.

Today, he serves as the President of NCTC, partnering with his wife, Pastor Paula Kim, to equip believers worldwide to walk in their inheritance in Christ. Together, they are raising and training end-time soul winners through:
