APRIL 2025 PARTNER LETTER
Supernatural Acceleration
(Isaiah 40:31 NKJV) But those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint.
Dear NCTC Partners,
In this month’s letter, I would like to share a word the Lord has given for April on the theme of "Supernatural Acceleration."
God strategically places people and events in our lives to lead us into His divine destiny. When the Holy Spirit intervenes in our lives, the speed at which His plans and purposes are fulfilled far exceeds human capability. Therefore, we will examine biblical examples of "Supernatural Acceleration" through the intervention of the Holy Spirit and discuss how this principle can be applied to our lives.
Let’s first look at 2 Chronicles 29. This chapter records the actions of King Hezekiah at the beginning of his reign. The kings before Hezekiah had done evil in the sight of the Lord, making idols and worshiping them. However, as soon as Hezekiah took the throne, he gathered the priests and Levites, consecrated them, removed the idols, and began the process of cleansing the temple. After purifying the temple, he assembled the leaders of the city, went up to the house of the Lord, offered sacrifices at the altar, and restored temple worship according to the Law, the commands of King David, and the words of the prophets. The Bible records that the process of cleansing the temple and restoring worship was carried out swiftly and in an orderly manner. Let’s read verse 36:
2 Chronicles 29:36 (NKJV)
"Then Hezekiah and all the people rejoiced that God had prepared the people, since the events took place so suddenly."
It says that God had prepared the people in advance, and as a result, the work was completed suddenly. Likewise, I declare that during this month of April, you will encounter the people and events that God has prepared, and things will happen suddenly in your life! This kind of sudden divine intervention is what I call "Supernatural Acceleration."
The Bible provides many examples of supernatural acceleration when the Holy Spirit moves.
1 Kings 18:46 (NKJV)
"Then the hand of the Lord came upon Elijah; and he girded up his loins and ran ahead of Ahab to the entrance of Jezreel."
King Ahab was traveling in a chariot pulled by horses. However, when the hand of the Lord came upon Elijah, he ran ahead of Ahab. This event demonstrates that when the Spirit of the Lord moves, things can happen at a speed far beyond human capability—this is supernatural acceleration.
Now, let’s look at Amos 9:13 in different translations:
Amos 9:13 (NKJV)
"‘Behold, the days are coming,’ says the Lord, ‘When the plowman shall overtake the reaper, and the treader of grapes him who sows seed; The mountains shall drip with sweet wine, and all the hills shall flow with it.’"
New Living Translation (NLT):
"The time will come,” says the Lord, “when the grain and grapes will grow faster than they can be harvested."
The Message Bible:
"Yes indeed, it won’t be long now." God’s Decree. "Things are going to happen so fast your head will swim—one thing fast on the heels of the other. You won’t be able to keep up! Everything will be happening at once—and everywhere you look, blessings! Blessings like wine pouring off the mountains and hills. I’ll make everything right again for My people Israel."
This passage illustrates that the growth and harvest of grain and grapes will surpass their natural speed, symbolizing supernatural acceleration in fruitfulness. In the same way, God orchestrates strategic people and events in our lives to bring about supernatural acceleration.
Let’s consider the story of Joseph. He was unjustly imprisoned because of Potiphar’s wife’s false accusation. However, he was given the opportunity to interpret the chief butler’s dream, and he made this request:
Genesis 40:14-15 (NKJV)
"But remember me when it is well with you, and please show kindness to me; make mention of me to Pharaoh, and get me out of this house."
Unfortunately, the chief butler forgot Joseph.
Genesis 40:23 (NKJV)
"Yet the chief butler did not remember Joseph, but forgot him."
Are you waiting for God’s answer while facing an unfair situation? Joseph was in the same position. Though he asked for help, he was forgotten, and two more years passed. However, during these two years, God was preparing a plan to accelerate Joseph’s promotion supernaturally.
Genesis 41:1 (NKJV)
"Then it came to pass, at the end of two full years, that Pharaoh had a dream."
Genesis 41:39-41 (NKJV)
"Then Pharaoh said to Joseph, ‘Inasmuch as God has shown you all this, there is no one as discerning and wise as you. You shall be over my house, and all my people shall be ruled according to your word; only in regard to the throne will I be greater than you.’ And Pharaoh said to Joseph, ‘See, I have set you over all the land of Egypt.’"
What if Joseph had been released from prison two years earlier? He might have returned to his homeland, and he would not have been present when Pharaoh needed his dream interpreted. Although it seemed like God’s answer was delayed, He was preparing something far greater. Through divine favor and supernatural events, Joseph was promoted in an instant, becoming the second-in-command over all of Egypt. This is supernatural acceleration in promotion.
Dear partners, even if it seems like your answer is delayed, trust in God. He is working behind the scenes, and in His perfect timing, sudden breakthroughs and acceleration will come. I declare that during this month of April, supernatural acceleration will take place in your life through divine connections and strategic encounters!
I close this letter with Isaiah 40:31 and Zechariah 4:6-7.
Isaiah 40:31 (NKJV)
"But those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint."
Zechariah 4:6-7 (NKJV)
"So he answered and said to me: ‘This is the word of the Lord to Zerubbabel: “Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,” Says the Lord of hosts. “Who are you, O great mountain? Before Zerubbabel you shall become a plain! And he shall bring forth the capstone with shouts of ‘Grace, grace to it!’”’"
If you are facing mountains—challenges, obstacles, or difficulties—consider the difference between climbing a mountain in your own strength and soaring over it like an eagle. Just as Isaiah declares, those who wait on the Lord will mount up with wings like eagles and pass over these mountains with ease. This is not done by human strength or power, but by the Spirit of the Lord. What once seemed like an insurmountable mountain will soon become a plain before you!
I declare that this supernatural acceleration will take place in your life throughout April in Jesus’ name!
"Heavenly Father, I declare that in this month of April,
NCTC partners will experience supernatural acceleration
through the power of the Holy Spirit.
May they receive divine favor and strategic encounters that lead to
supernatural promotion and fruitfulness.
I also pray over the seeds sown by our partners into NCTC.
May these offerings be reaped at supernatural speed,
just as declared in Amos 9:13. 2025 is a year of great expansion!
In Jesus’ mighty name, Amen."
With blessings,
NCTC Pastor John K. Cho and Paula Kim
